I mostly buy small thing, like a blinker bulb for instance, I gave year make an model, I was the only customer in the store that morning. The lazy guy looked it up an said some numbers to me , I said excuse me, he replies that's the part number, an went back to sitting there. I literally walked every isle , to locate bulbs, as both employees watched me searching. So, I need the blinker working,especially after that 4in. Snow we just had, it worked ,as in came on, then slowly it blinked, still blinks but its literally ince every 3 min. Wrong bulb. Dont ask for A/C coolant either, he gave me the can that he said I needed, an because 1 wasn't enough I came back 2nd day, but a different guy, so i say i need coolant, an gave info. The guy gave me day before. He said that's not the right kind? So I purchase can #2, of different coolant, along story short, I had to take it to be serviced, found out you can't mix coolants, about 1200 dollar service , not counting the 2/ 17.00 can I purchased. I keep shopping here because the staff are polite and still act like normal people. A breath of fresh air when other parts chains which I won't bother to mention are are staffed by hysterical cat ladies. Will keep giving these guys money.
