I’ve shop at Hannafords twice a week for the last 7 years. I went in tonight to get some food to make lunch for the first day of school. Me and another customer were at the deli counter. There were 2 workers behind the counter. They were cleaning up for the end of their shift. When asked if they would cut some sandwich meat. They replied “No” that it was too late. Myself and the other customer expressed that we needed lunch meat for the kids first day of school and that we would greatly appreciate it if they could help us out. Again they replied “No”. I understand wanting to go home after a long day at work, but I also understand customer service. I was not asking for much. I will never go back there again. They were so rude and made me feel like I was annoying them. The other customer said the same.

First time being in the Derry St store, and it was a pleasant shopping experience. I'll definitely shop there again in the near future.
