It's a post office. Some days, some times they're busier than others. They will open up another window if the line gets too long. Love how they've made package delivery a self-serve thing, rather than wait in line with a yellow card to pick up your package(s). Helps cut down on lobby overcrowding & wait times. Wish they had longer hours on Saturdays; its always a rush to get there before they close! On a side note - they do the best interior holiday decorating in the lobby. Starting from the fall / Halloween to Christmas time. Beautiful stuff!!

Had to file a "complaint" to get an issue fixed with a package delivery. Wasn't even complaining. Since then, any package delivered in my name to my apartment that won't fit in my mailbox has gone missing. My roommates packages don't go missing, and there doesn't seem to be a problem with stolen packages in the building. I had some contact with who I was told was the "manager" there (which is a position I found out from another postal worker doesn't exist, and supervisors just say that to make someone feel like they're speaking to someone with authority) and was fed some BS and given the run-around. They also said that my packages must have just been stolen and there was nothing they could do. I filed an investigation with the USPS law enforcement division and stolen package investigation and have not heard anything since. After reading the post office reviews of this branch I am not surprised by any of this. I can't help but to suspect that my mail carrier has some sort of spite against me for filing the "complaint" (in which I was just requesting a package stuck in my mailbox be left in another location, and that package then disappeared). If I could give anyone one solid reason to not move to Gardner, this post office would absolutely be it.

I give them no stars. Our mailman refused to deliver mail to my neighbors and myself for 3 days because of a little bit of snow. In front of the row of boxes. Had every intention of going right by again yesterday as well until he seen me sitting outside on my stoop. I moved from Ohio 6 months ago. Received 1 package from there. Never received any letters from my friends. So basically i am missing 5 letters from Ohio. The mail carry just puts my neighbors package either on top of the mailboxes or on the ground in the snow. Make a complaint forget it no one wants to sit on hold for an hour.

The mailman is too lazy to get off the car and deliver your mail. They just put a slip that says we missed you and put it in your mailbox. Probably they just sit in the car and wait for you to come out and get it from them. I'll give no star if that's possible. Also, they wrote mailbox too full for a delivery of a soda box. Yeah because a soda box can even fit in the mailbox right? Too lazy Gardner mailman! And the ladies in the post office never smiles! Only 1 smiles! Train your people supervisor!
