This is a nice hotel with wonderful employees who are extremely helpful. We put my parents in a room here when they were in town. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was broken in their room, which they lived with for a night. The hotel allowed them to change rooms at no cost for the second night, though. The restaurant there is much too much overpriced so I would not recommend trying it. The staff were all extremely helpful and accommodating.

Disappointing for the DoubleTree brand. Front desk staff behavior is gruff at best. If you don't ask questions they don't offer up any information about your stay. For example, when I asked about parking the lady was visibly annoyed that I wouldn't already know all parking around the building is considered the paid parking. She also made it a point to over explain how the daily parking meant the charge would be on my bill for every day I was there. Yes Lisa, I know what daily means. She never explained - nor did I see any signage in the room - how the housekeeping process would go. To this day I still don't know if my room was never reset during the week I was there out of neglect or because that's a new process I'm not aware of. That much money for no service and a mediocre room is not worth it at all. Go down another mile to other hotels that are actually worth your money and time away from home.

Had an amazing stay here with my husband for a couple nights. Drew at the front desk was super helpful and friendly. We were welcomed with warm cookies and enjoyed the outdoor balcony. Mattress was a little firm for me, but other than that it was a great stay. Note we didn’t have a car or rental so didn’t have to pay for parking which would’ve been annoying. But the hotel is walking distance to the train station which is nice.

Terrible experience. Staff was apathetic at best. We were greeted with a grunt when we went to check in - awkward silence and the front desk clerk simply handed me my room key and spoke the room number. When I informed him we were only staying three, not four nights, the response was a barely audible "got it." I was not only charged for four nights, I was billed twice - once for three nights, then again for four nights. I contacted the hotel and they gave me an email for the financial representative for a refund. Three days later and still no response. The room's toilet didn't flush, the water in the shower never got hot, so we requested a room transfer, which, to their only credit, they did. The entire hotel smelled like marijuana and the food was mediocre at best. If you want to stay at a Motel 6 but pay Hilton prices - you might like it here.

Yes
They do but have to set it up 1st I go there for my cochlear appointments very nice place
There are couple malls, within quick driving distance. Even 16th street mall is within 20 min drive (provided not whole lot of traffic)
Pillow top coil, very comfortable
I believe the suites do. Not the standard rooms. The room descriptions on their website will state which amenities will be included. Hope this helps!
They should have room blocking abilities 12 months out!!!
There is no free breakfast. It is my one complaint about the place. Especially since nearly every other hotel offers it for free
