A quick story in superior customer service: leaving late from work again, I realized that I would arrive at the store just after closing and wouldn't be able to pick up my online order in time. I called the store and Cindy said she would come out to meet me as long as I had my ID and arrived close to 8pm. This meant so much to me. Thank you so much!!!

I tried to go there at 850 it closes at 900 there was someone leaving and the door locked automatically. Now as a business person you treat everyone as gold not close up quick and leave and lock the door as quick as you can. I can see why this franchise is headed for disaster, the shoes are overpriced not like before and now this. I won't be back ever.

The stock and sizes is very sparse at this store for men's shoes but luckily I found a pair of dress shoes that would would work.
