Honestly I’m really disappointed in the willingness to assist a client who recently purchased a truck just under 4 months ago. We purchased a 2016 RAM and after inspection and test drive we de used it was the best car and value for us. 4 months later the truck begins to overheat and we discover a crack in the radiator. We bring the vehicle in for inspection and we are told that there is nothing they can do for us and we have yo take the truck to fix somewhere else. On top of that the front desk staff were very snippy and did not even try to see what could be done for us. It’s like no effort was put in to try and resolve the problem. I previously had a great experience with Mullinax but this situation was enough to have me never recommend this dealership again. We reached out to a manager and never received a call back which shows how much care really goes towards their clients. We had to pay over $1,200 out of pocket at a different dealership……regardless of all the additional warranties/service agreements that we pay for in addition to our car payment. Do not purchase a vehicle here if you expect the dealership to provide support after a recently purchased vehicle has issues out of the blue.

I've gone to look at 2 separate trucks, spoke to different sales members each time, and I fully believe they don't actually want to sell any vehicle. They don't have any ambition, not willing to work to make a deal, they are just lazy. The trade-in team decreased the value of my trade in by 3k between my visits, a month apart. They are low-balling, lazy salesmen.

Sandra, Thank you for your question. I don't see a record of you purchasing from Mullinax Ford Kissimmee so I will assume this is a general question. Ford Motor Company has public rebates that everyone qualifies for and private offers that only a select group of people can get. Our Mullinax Ford Upfront Price includes all rebates that everyone qualifies to get. We then interview the Customer to see if there is a private offer we can pass to the qualified Customer thus lowering the sales price even more. Occasionally, the Customer cannot provide the documentation necessary to receive the private offer and under Ford Motor Company rules we cannot extend it to the Customer. That may have happened in your case. We are required to follow the rules that Ford Motor Company sets for the use of rebates. I hope that answers your question. Yes, Mullinax Ford will work on a 1998 Explorer however some parts and special tools may no longer be available. Please call the Service Department at (407) 846-6000 between 7:30 am - 5:00 pm to make an appointment to get your Explorer diagnosed and a determination if parts are still available to fix it. Hello Sandra, the airflow sensor for the 1990 Mazda B2300 is obsolete in the Ford database. That means they do not do them anymore. However, we may be able to cross out the engineering numbers of the part to match a later vehicle model. To do that, we would need you to bring the part here so we can see it. Apart from that, you will have to find the piece in a recovery yard or in an auto parts store. I hope it helps you guide you. Thank you.
I know they have a full shop. And my understanding is that if the vehicle is under any Ford. Or any secondary warranty programs they do honor it
They do carry used Van's and if they don't have it at the Kissimmee location they may have it at another and will bring it over to Kissimmee if necessary.
