I wanted to take the time to say that most of my correspondence with the company has been with Jennifer Groom. Jennifer has been nothing short of extremely courtesy, responsive and has maintained a high level of professionalism with any and all correspondence. I give her my highest recommendation and hope the company realizes how much value she provides while representing Excelsior Community Management. All the best.

5 STAR REVIEWS ARE FAKE! Jen who is the community manager runs promotions to get the apartment complexes to submit 5 star reviews for them. Call Excelsior Community Management and speak with any of the people who answer the phone. They are the most inconsiderate and rude people you will every talk too, its actually unbelievable.

We love our home in Brandon Pointe. This is the friendliest place we have ever lived with a real family type atmosphere. We also love the beauty of this community. Everything is well maintained and the staff is always helpful and understanding. Jennifer Stanley is the Excelsior Property Manager and she is wonderful. She listens if you have an issue and is genuinely concerned for all of us.We are blessed to be here!

I live in Valhalla, and if I could give this company 0 starts I would do so unreservedly. In April I contacted the HOA/ECM about the patching grass (See images). How long did it take for anyone to get back to me? 3 weeks—in May. But did anyone actually take care of the issue? Nope. In June I asked about why the grass in the community still looked that way it does. I received a long rambling response that communicated nothing. In August I asked the same question, I was told, “there is not timeline to take care of that.” Are these people for real? Now it is September and the grass look like the pictures attached. It is a mystery to me why it would take 6 months to take care of dead and dying grass. 6 months and counting since nothing has changed at the time of this posting. ECM: Unresponsive (see above). Inattentive (see above). And clearly manages nothing thus, not worth anyone’s money (See above). Don't get me started on the bats, the trees and the laundry list of things this management company is not managing. The grass as pictured here is only the most visible sign of their indifference.

Questions & Answers

Why does Excelsior feel the need to harass people following the rules. Then they come up with new rules to harass the residents even more.

Thanks for your intelligent response Patty. The expected response I would get from my Management company.

Where is all of the fine money 💰 going to , especially for the slew of Stop ✋ Sign Violations at $100.00 a pop ?????

I would like to know as well. The fine money legally cannot he used for financial gain. There should be a section in the budget that shows the money received from fines being placed back into the community. Surprisingly they do not have this included in the yearly budget every time it is asked for.

Why are the gates often shutting on peoples cars and the hoa not taking care of it?

Not sure. But we are still waiting for the gate that was supposed to be installed already. We were told that this is on hold due to some “pump issue” we had. Our community received millions from a settlement but yet still has “money issues”. Thanks Ken Tatka
