If you are in need of Eye wear and are looking for a location that cares about you THIS IS WHERE YOU NEED TO COME!!! I came for a full exam and not only was this facility 100% covid sanitary but very humble and respectful!! I really like Dr. H for being so professional and easy to talk to. Lewis took care of me and brought me 6 glasses and I loved every pair he brought me. I use to go to vision works at the mall, but I will never go back. I really felt like a member of the family when I walked into the place all the way until I left. Thank you so much Maxim Eyes for creating an amazing experience and I will see you in a year.

Absolutely hands down the best eye care center I have ever visited in Florida. It's a GREAT family owned business with AWESOME employees.. David was professionally great telling me all about the family business, and Luis great sense of humor was hilarious along with his personality..The ambiance was warm and inviting, I loved the decor and music. They care & take COVID very seriously because EVERYTHING was sanitized!! Although, I had my own frames they had some beautiful, stylish frames. Dr. Abdulgabbar was remarkable, knowledgeable, and my exam was exceptional. The staff was ALWAYS professional and friendly from the calls to the visits. Everyone took their time to help with my eye care needs and the cost was very affordable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing great service, affordable prices, and glasses. This is my new optometrist as long as I'm living here.. 🥰

The doctors at MaximEyes Optical are Optometrists. We not only check your vision and determine if you maybe need glasses, but also check the health of the eye for glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, cataracts, macular degeneration, retinal issues and other eye diseases. If the eye exam indicates any eye health issues, then we refer to an opthamologist to then treat the condition.
It depends on the manufacturer of the frame. Some frames have a one year manufacturers warranty against manufacturer defects. This does not include obvious misuse such as a dog chewing on them, or stepping/sitting on them. As for lenses, again it depends on what type of lenses you got. Some have a one year scratch warranty. If they are lost, that is a completely different issue. It’s best to call the store to discuss what has happened to see what can be done and what the options are.
Unfortunately we are considered out of network, but possibly could use out of network benefits if your plan offers that. But you would have to pay out of pocket and we would give you an itemized receipt for you to submit to get reimbursed, if you have out of network benefits. Thanks for your consideration too!
