Had a procedure done on May 9 to lift my eyelids that were drooping and impairing my vision. Was told I could have bruising for 2+ weeks. Had virtually no bruising and vision is so much better. Dr and his staff are professional and very friendly. Never felt like I was on an assembly line and being pushed through any visit. Dr sat and talked with us each time. Never felt like a patient, more like a neighbor. And the eyes see great and people are surprised when we tell them I had a procedure done. Almost no tell-tale signs. Would whole heartedly recommend Dr Mack and his staff.

Dr. Mack and his Team were very kind and knowledgeable making the entire experience - from the first phone call, through the surgery and including the post-op appointments - Exceptional! Dr. Mack did the Ptosis surgery on my left eyelid to correct the droopiness that had developed. The surgery was done in office which was a great options to have. He has a wonderful personality not often seen in surgeons and clearly he has great skills as I had no bruising and now my eyes are symmetrical once again.
