Ugh!!!! It’s always hit or miss with this place. When it’s a “hit” it’s AWESOME! Food will taste great! Service will be awesome!!! BUUUUTTTT When it’s a “miss” it’s the worst! Poor quality & poor service.. I have ordered from them more than a handful of times to know that it’s more “miss” and instructions aren’t followed properly neither. The food quality tonight was terrible. Worse than the other times it’s been “bad”. The rice smells & tastes like the dumplings, the pork in the rice isn’t even “rib pork” it’s chewy & gross. I’ll stick with Panda East from now on.

The food here is good and we are usually happy with the service too. Last time we went there as a group and only wanted to grab some appetizers before heading home. The serving lady kept insisting it's not enough food, even after explaining multiple times that we aren't having dinner yet. She kept asking if we wanted to order more and it got uncomfortable because she was being clear about her disappointment(?) throughout the experience. Sometimes you need to know when to stop.

Always a must stop while in the area. Hands down the best Chinese food in western Massachusetts. Their dim sum is a great option for a quick snack or app, their portions are generous and we have never tried something we don’t like. The food here is hand made, fresh, and authentic as well as being very affordable. They will also provide you the best service while dining in.

Place was amazing. Fried dumplings were out of this world definitely recommended! I would also suggest the appetizer of green beans... Crunchy and delicious
