This company is the most irresponsible thing there can be. 4 months and a half ago we sent a box to a country in Central America, the information they gave us is that the time to arrive is 6 to 8 weeks, but do not believe that is a lie! You call for information and it's another problem! The staff does not seem qualified to provide adequate information. And the worst had already registered the number that one called and no one answered or diverted your call. The problem is that we press to be given the Value of the insurance that I had paid ..... ,, Please, the process takes 90 Days .... To not make it longer This ...... The Cashier I arrive at low 4 Months and a half of having put it ......... They are irresponsible, staff is not trained to assist you and telling one that you have to be patient after 4 and a half months.
