Great customer service! I couldnt get to my pizza until an hour after ordering. Barry offered to remake it for me. That was a wonderfully unexpected offer! I visit this location often for deliveries and Barry is always very friendly and welcoming. A definite asset to the team

After placing my delivery order, my ETA was 40 minutes. Once an hour and 15 min had passed and the status still said 40 minutes, I called the store and they said that they were busy and had given the delivery to Doordash who hadn’t accepted the order yet. They also said that once the order was pushed through to Doordash then Papa Johns couldn’t take it back so the only option was to wait for Doordash or go pick it up myself. I had ordered delivery since my husband is traveling for business and it would be easier with the kids. The fact that I had to go pick up the order was disappointing, but I was even more disappointed when I arrived and there was a delivery man chatting away with the cashier. It doesn’t make any sense that Papa Johns cannot take back a Doordash order unless the customer comes and picks it up. I also don’t know how long the pizza was sitting there, but we had a cold pizza for dinner. Definitely less than ideal. I have had a few issues before with deliveries and after this most recent, terrible experience, I will not be ordering from here again.

Placed an ordered for pick up said it would be ready in an hr witch is fine . Came to pick it up only to find out they haven't started to make my ordered yet an it won't be ready for another hr . Will never ordered from this location again
