first off me and my fiance ordered food and we got a mozzarella stick sandwich WITH extra cheese,a BLT with TOASTED bred,french toast stick WITH dark chocolate sauce,fries WITH asian spice sauce and let me tell you …We apologize for this experience Glenn. so i have been to sheetz quite a bit and never had any problems with them until now i order food sometimes but i always get a caramel brownie milk shake and every time i get it it always comes with brownie chunks inside of the shake and ontop of the whipped cream but today it indeed did not have that so i told them that i had ordered a caramel brownie shake and that there was no brownie chunks inside it or ontop of it and i was told that they were blended up really fine inside of the shake and i told them that it always had chunks on it when i had ordered it and he said oh and offered to remake it for me so i stood there for about 10 mins waiting for them to remake it and when i finally got the new one it STILL did NOT have the brownie chunks i requested i didnt feel like standing there for another 10-15 mins for them to try and get it right so i left unhappy with my visit.
