Service at this location is the worst ever. The holsters, except for two individuals, are very rude and lazy and dumb. They are not even able to fake a smile, to pretend they are interested in doing a decent work. I have no faith in teenagers. Be them male or female. But at Outback in Somerville the female holster are… aloof. They are in their own parallel universe. Today is 08/09/2022, I thought I was going to have a nice new york strip bone in steak… nah, it’s was the worst steak ever. It was microwaved. They put the steak in the microwave and after the damage was done they put it on the grill to pretend it was grilled, LOL I was going to erase the bad review about the holsters, but after the microwaved steak LOL, I better leave it here so anyone can see how much they appreciate reviews LOL. Their steaks are good, delicious — except when it is microwaved. I don’t know if I will order there again, if leaving a feedback about their holsters get my food microwaved… LOL. I don’t want to find out what will happen to my food when they read this one. I can microwave my own steak. It’s simple, go to Wegman’s, buy a piece of beef, sirloin, put it on a plate, place that in the microwave and turn it on for about 15 minutes. Voilà! Dinner is served. But if I am really craving a nice piece of beef, made the way I like it… I might as well go to Ruth’s Chris. $$$$ it is worth the price.

The taste on the ribs eye was pretty good, I asked for medium it was more like medium rare. The clam chowder soup was good side. Bread was tasty!

For a steak house I was let down with the ribeye. My wife had the prime rib and it had much better flavor. Plus the prime rib was tender. The ribeye was tough. The rice seemed old. The mashed potatoes were good. The service was very good.

Our waiter Richard had such a cheerful personality. That made my dinner with my daughter 10x more enjoyable!
