Since we moved to another state, before leaving we were able to get couple of my husband and my reports. Still 2 reports of my husband were not received and was told at the last appointment in Taunton that they will either upload on portal or email us - which was in May. In between called couple of times, left our info for call back but never received a call back. Today when we called, after long wait at the Abington office number - some lady tells me that they need us to send a $20 check to receive any further reports. I tried explaining to her, that we have received reports earlier for our MRI and MRA without any such payment from both Abington and Taunton and also the Taunton location front desk lady never mentioned about any payment to receive reports. So, she starts talking very rudely without even understanding and repeats herself and when I ask her to transfer me to someone else, she just disconnects and that was a very disrespectful behavior as a patient that I can confirm. Call time at Abington location on June 16 at 2.50 pm, after wait of over 7-8 minutes I got through her and conversation lasted about 2-3 minutes. Kindly share this as feedback and do not let patients feel neglected and misbehaved. Thank you. Edit: Tests done in January this year and November last year.

I have spent over a year and hundreds of dollars trying to fix the medical malpractice I endured at Angels Neurology. I am still considering a lawsuit as I have had several doctors tell me that what occurred at Angels should never have been done and went well beyond the bounds of sound medical practice. An elderly male doctor injected an entire syringe of Botox into my left eye and the entire left side of my face, essentially permanently melting the muscles on that side. I just want to warn other people who care even 1% about their face and how it looks to go elsewhere for neurology treatment and to NEVER allow these "doctors" to inject Botox into your eye. I could have been permanently blinded in addition to disfigured. I clearly had a very beautiful, symmetrical face before going to Angels, and now look like the Hunchback of Notre Dame. I just want the face that I lived with for my entire life back.

NEVER go to this place. Avoid Dr Oweis if you can. He prescibed gabapentin 300 this doctor should work on his English writing skills. I found out after couple years from going into this office that the way he wrote his notes showed that I have anger issue (I told him I was doing Boxing for sports, and he wrote that I punched the wall with both hands. for god's sake who punches a wall with both hands). My PCP was shocked when he saw what was written especially about punching the wall. and there are other stuff that made me look like an alcoholic, I do not want to get into lot details. I asked them to fix the way the sentences are phrased, Dr. oweis said ( according to the receptionist), that it was written on an old system and that they cannot change it. (working in system implementation and master data management for the last 9 years it doesn't make any sense, unless they did a really bad job implementing it). so I asked for a paper from him stating that I had no alcohol issues and no anger issues at the time when I visited him. he refused to provide them and said let your PCP give you these papers (according to the receptionist). avoid this place, avoid this doctor, or at least make sure he is writing the sentences correctly because things like this can ruin your life if found on you medical record

Do NOT go here for EEGs!!! I promise there are other options. I did not know this at the time and I was put through what I can only describe as medieval torture. To start, for EEG tests, this place makes puts such a disgusting, peanut butter-like substance in your hair that takes DAYS to wash out. No modern place like Tufts will do this to you. I was also told I couldn’t refuse the lights portion of the testing at the end, and that resulted in me having a seizure that same night!! At Tufts I have never had an issue refusing the lights portion of the test, and wouldn’t you know it, I haven’t had a seizure since not going to this inhumane place!! Truly sad because the neurologist was quite nice but I will never be going back
