Food wasn’t too bad but the prices are crazy. 10.50 for Philly cheesesteak egg rolls so I was expecting like 5 or 6 but there was only 2 and then my mozzarella sticks were all busted open with the cheese outside of them and they were all stuck together. When I saw them I was like wow how can you deliver something like this.

Can I give them no stars. Place is not like it use to be I won't even go there anymore. Don't like pulling in to a place an there's 6 people outside smoking an looks like everyone is misarble. If the employees are not happy I'm sure they don't care how they make the food. Is this a restaurant or a hangout.

Trash employees are causing this store to really suffer. My wife went and picked up our dinner tonight and the girl at the front counter was screaming a berating the cooks along with having absolutely no customer service skills in a dining room full of people with others waiting for their food. Safe to say we have ordered our last meal from here until this “company” takes hiring and training a little more seriously.

Unfortunately my experience at Twisted has progressively declined over the 3 or 4 different times I have ordered from there. More recently and most specifically I ordered a Cobb Salad and a Crispy chicken Salad with a Mediterranean Appetizer with added Gyro. The Cobb salad was ordered with no olives, tomatoes or onion due to a food allergy. That salad came with everything included and therefore was not edible as a result. The Mediterranean appetizer was supposed to come with hummus, tzatziki sauce, olives, and olive oil. We received a box of pita bread and gyro with nothing else. When we attempted to call the restaurant to let them know at around 8:00PM on a weeknight the phone was left to ring, was busy or otherwise would not connect after several calls. I'm sorry to say I'm pretty disappointed in the quality of the order accuracy and lack of communication and will be taking my business elsewhere.
