Great experience with Mass Energy Experts over the winter. Bought a house in October that has some strange aspects to it, notably a few non-insulated areas and a rough, unfinished (dirt floor) basement. Did a virtual audit, and they sent over their recommendations. Stephen, the auditor, went to bat with Eversource to get some special approvals above and beyond what they normally approve, because the situation in our basement was outside the norm. The project ended up being a bit more work than anticipated, but they were able to hold the budget. Everything came out great, everyone was very helpful and pleasant to work with. The difference/improvement was immediately noticeable. Highly recommend.

The staff arrived on time and was very friendly and communicative. They did a good job with the insulation. One of them, the inspector, did a thorough check of the current insulation in our upper floor, and discovered that it was already good. So we were able to save money as a result!
