I hate phone stores... Except this last one. Their answer for every problem is "you will have to upgrade your phone and sign another plan for two years". But its just dust on the screen! Sheesh. I told the Tech guy "I needed help to quit and go to another provider for a lower monthly payment". He looked at me quizzically and said " that's what I'm here for. What's up? " He answered my every question with " well, there's good news and bad news. What do you want first? " This at least gave me a choice, which made me feel kinda good before getting the inevitable coop de gra. He explained my dilemma with the 5G upgrade and my 3G phone. I just didn't want to upgrade. I wanted life to go on in my chosen dream world a little longer. But as i looked down upon my phone buddy gasping its last, finally flat-lining and twitching a little in my sweaty fist, i gave in to the inevitable"He's gone" moment and nearly shed a tear for it. We've had such good times together.

The manager of this location had an opportunity to assist me with my manufacturers warranty. His name is Dustin, or Dennis if I remember correctly. One of the employees privy us the information that it was up to the managers discretion whether to input the warranty for me or not. Well, he chose NOT to help. So we contacted Samsung and had to get my z flip replaced through them... WITH NO COST OUT OF POCKET. I have no insurance through t-mobile for this phone... AND NO INSURANCE WAS NEEDED for my issue to be resolved. Unfortunately this manager had the option of helping a customer and chose not to. By making that decision, I had about 3 times the length of time with no working phone and also had to go the extremely long way to get my issue resolved. But its resolved through samsung now. And per samsung..."this could have been done at your retailer but we are happy to help". So to Dennis, or Dustin, forgive me for not remembering your name correctly... you mentioned you've been in the wireless industry since 2005, I would strongly suggest brushing up on your customer service skill set. Thank you.

We came in with 3 phones that we were having issues setting up. Rene, Jace and the other employee were beyond amazing and so very helpful! All 3 phones were set up and problems fixed! We will definitely go back to this location!

Iván helped me, he was great. I had been trying different stores to resolve my issue for a month. Iván was able to resolve it in a few hours. Definitely will be driving from Battle Ground to Gresham to do my T-Mobile business at this location. Amazing customer service.

Best customer service... I have been with T Mal since 2010. I have only had one hiccup yesterday and they made it right. Thanks Victor and Samantha.
