Went to JakeaBob's on a Saturday night for a work party. It was pretty busy but the bartenders were fast and courteous. We ordered a quesadilla as a snack and it was very good.

If you have never been, this place is different. Bar is there but the restaurant portion is old school. Reminds me a little.like a Boston pier seating or a Galveston Texas fishing pier restaurant. If you have never been, this place is spectacular. Food, great. Prices, middle of road. Service excellent. Atmosphere, crazy! You literally sit on these connected piers over the water. If I were to bring a first date, let them face the water. When my wife and I go, she picks her seat. Usually looking up.or.down the coast. The seating is great for less than four people. Again, this is a wild seating arrangement, outdoors and on the water. Check it out.

I just found out about this place from my buddy. I went there for a late lunch. The place wasn’t so crowded. It was pretty subdued. I would bet the place gets hopping around the dinner hour when the live music starts. Weather permitting, this is an outrageously awesome spot. Directly on the water. Completely outside. Friendly and perfect service. No complaints on the food or drinks. I had ribs (enough for two people easily), couldn’t finish them, brought them home. My wife had chicken, a little different but absolutely delicious. I was told they have live music seven nights a week. We are looking forward to returning for the music and dinner very soon.

It's such an amazing experience to dine on the water! The atmosphere was just perfect with the ocean breeze, waves splashing against the pier, and live music coming from the bar section in the distance that added some background music …

Starting Memorial Day. Almost every night. They have the schedule on the back of the menu.
There are public parking areas a block away or local street parking available.
I don't think so for outside catering because of the special cuisine. If you had celebration on site would be more appropriate but, I don't think you can get more than 2 hours. Best to call.

Not sure. They said that they were going to try to open this Saturday, but your best bet would be to try to call before you go. They usually open up around memorial day but I think they're going earlier this year.
