This place has become over-priced and only gave 3 small cuts of meat of the tapsilog (beef sirloin which was chewy, not good quality meat) and tocilog (marinated pork in red-orange colored sauce) that I ordered to go. They both came with less than a cup of garlic rice, 2 eggs sunny side up, and a small slice of pickle for $22! No slice of tomato or cucumber or even atsara /papaya relish! (pics under Photos of Google page) Clearly they are opportunistic and downgraded their service even more, since they don't have other Filipino restaurants to compete with on Staten Island other than Maynila which is just a small carinderia and mini mart. They didn't even update their prices on the menu that everything had gone up. Will not be coming back

I had to write a review for my horrendous experience at Phil-Am Kusina. The discrimination and racism you encounter by this restaurant is absolutely disgusting, whether if it may be shown through body language or when the staff approaches …
