I had the worst experience at this pharmacy. I made an appointment to get something done. I was told by the staff that they didn't know how to do it and they seemed pretty irritated with me. No explanation or apology. I requested a service that is supposed to be provided at this location, but apparently I was too much of an inconvenience for them. Went to Walgreens, got it done with no problem.

I stopped by too pick up some items and when checking out a handsomely dressed young man was getting chewed out by what seemed to be a manager of the cash register area about his outfit. Personally I believe the suit is really a bump up from the boring black polo's they have to wear. It's refreshing to see something different and so unique. Sad to see that the managers are getting mad about their employees dressing nice.

They were out of most things on sale. The checkout girl was not helpful or kind. Kudos to the woman at the customer service desk; it was she that decided to give me a raincheck. I like this store but will only return of shopping early. Maybe a manager will be available then?

Terrible experience assistant manager on duty was rude and did not perform her duties (Clarissa) as a customer representative of Safeway when i asked for assistance I was snapped at and told to go back to the register i felt unwelcome and uncomfortable as a patron of Safeway will never return felt genuinely unsafe !! I would like to add that Jennifer the other manager on duty did eventually come make things right and assure me that the issue would be resolved , but as for the other manager she definitely needs to rethink how she treats people and how she represents the safeway brand
