I told them it's my first time here and they didn't tell me that I have to put my car in neutral. They have automatic tire brushes but my rims were not properly cleaned, and I had spots left on my car (they might have been water marks)

Wouldn't even recommend this place to an enemy! The guy who claimed to be the manager told me I better get away or he'll split my head open with a hammer because he didn't want to honor the washes I bought online saying "the old owner stole your money".

I had paid for a full booklet of car washes and when I came to use it they told me sorry business was sold we don’t value it anymore and did not want to get me in touch with the old owner to get me my money back!! That’s theft and will not be successful in business that way!!

Car doesn't get clean, terrible costumer service ,was there for over a half hour when it was empty for something that took less then 5 minutes by others pls fix!!
