Horror show. Bought a window a/c, was told someone would be here Thursday at 6pm to install. Rearranged our day to accommodate this. They did not show. It was rescheduled for 10am Saturday. It’s now almost 11 and we called the installer who said he was told the appointment was for noon. So we sit here and wait, again. Calls to Lowe’s are routes through the 3rd party, subpar installation service. The WORST customer service. I will NEVER do business with Lowe’s again, period. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from these incompetent and unreliable people. NOT professional. I hope they go out of business.

The store is nice, the people who work here are nice, the only problem is the patrons. A lot of upity veteran hating Karen's, as these pics show, and random civilians are always blocking the veterans spots. Every single time!! Stock is also often limited. Other than that, this Lowes is ok

Yes they do. Best to watch for promos to get the best deal you can. They will do the measurement for a small fee but that fee comes off the install if you buy the install.
