It’s kinda sad reading through the reviews and realizing that no matter how many complaints about staff behavior, NOTHING has changed. The staff are just rude and awkward for no reason. If i have to make a few phone calls to gain awareness to this issue i will. 🤞🏽

To have a library is a huge privilege and I am so grateful for this space. There is a lot going on and it always seems to be well used. It's one big space so the kids area can be loud, as can the adults holding meetings but I bring by headphones if I need to work.

Very rude male manager. First time bringing child there and the general manager all because my daughter got excited to be in library mind you who is only 4 yrs old decided it is ok to get in a 4 yr old face to scold her on learning to behave. How unprofessional and then my mom calls to complain and the same rude male manager gave the excuse oh its a quiet environment which I understand but to get in a 4 yr old face when it is not even your child. I will never step foot again in that library mind you am a newcomer to this city. I will never recommend this place to anyone neither will I ever bring any child in there.
