The front staff is lovely. However, my last couple of appointments Dr. So have been very impatient and attitudish. I don’t feel I can voice my concerns about my eyes without him speaking over me and rushing me making me feel uncomfortable. I will be looking for a new eye doctor.

I went in for me yearly exam at the Lakewood location. I explained the lady who helped me that I had a bad experience at the grand grandview office and she assured me it wouldn't happen at this location. I honestly was impressed with there service in the beginning of my visit but it was all to good to be true. The lady showed me the section where I can pick both pairs of my frames that was 100 percent paid by my insurance, so I chose two pairs of Perry Ellis brands and when my glasses came back about almost a week later I noticed my second pair of frames were switched to a non name brand that was never chosen by me. Never again will I go to my eye doctor they suck . It is sad how they can operate like this without notifying there clients if there's anything wrong with the process . All they had to do was tell me that I couldn't get both pairs I wanted . Please everyone save yourself the trouble do not go to them somehow they will try to screw you!
