So I bought a car from there and trustworthy because I knew people that bought cars from there and the reviews were OK I’m 13 weeks pregnant not that it matters . So last night driving the car started beeping that is overheating on the highway now when I stop in with this car you don’t have one of those temperature gauges where you can see. OK got off the highway cool the car now putting some coolant it was gushing everywhere whatever I have to get the car home so I drive slow it’s OK most of the time within the car started seizing up in the motor is knocking like crazy. Leave the car parked call them first thing in the morning they’re like OK we’re gonna have someone come get it and we’re gonna check it out but they also told my worker since I don’t feel safe and you know like strongly about it not being OK that they would do a trade with me for something else they had me wait a few hours and they call me back and say that I can pick up my car tomorrow that it just needed a pump and anyone that wants to see the videos because I actually had a mechanic look at it the motor is going to be going it is not OK they did give me a check for my deposit back but the point is that they didn’t fully make sure I was happy that they want to guess they’re worried I’m trading it in very bad business I would not recommend

The reason I'm giving them 2 stars is because of the treatment they give you once you've bought the vehicle and how they treat you when you need it taken care of while still under their warranty. I purchased full price did not finance. While I was there for the purchase of course all good very polite and very professional.as soon as we took the car back due to sound coming from front of vehicle it was hell. they acted like we were bothering, they treated us like they did not care, we were sent to the shop next door and they had us on a back and forth just to get car in shop.when they finally did the car needed over 900$ in repairs, once finished I asked for the invoice and they refused to give me one and stated that I needed to go back to dealer to get one.They spoke to us as if what they had just done to the car didn't need to be fixed & paid for by dealership THAT THEY DID US A FAVOR!!! We go back to dealer once again, a few days after due to a valve on left front tire and that was another issue, to the point a staff member stated that he didn't have to do this meaning fix the tire. They are very unprofessional and rude. When they should be providing a better care of customer not only during purchase but also while still under their WARRANTY. I CERTAINLY WILL NOT BUY FROM THEM EVER AGAIN AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND.
