Excellent service and turn around time, but just shy of 30 days, laptop exhibiting same problem!! Hope to return it to Tom for repair, FREE as stated in their warranty... Tom replaced my LCD screen..no charge for his service..minimal cost for new 'touch' capable screen!! Thank you...
