We'd been wanting to get a shed for some years. We go to the Big E in West Springfield every year and been looking at Skip's each time. Well, we finally had enough to go for it (hint: Big E price) and are we ever glad we did! We purchased the shed in October 2021 with an expected delivery in the Spring of 2022. Where it was to be placed in our back yard is down an incline and over a low wall. I asked for a site survey, but Gordo (our salesman and contact) was so calm about it and asked for a few pictures of the area. So I sent several with measurements (I'm just that nuts!) and descriptions. He said it would be no problem. My wife and I have never bought a shed before and were skeptical because of the incline and all, to be honest. Well, the shed was delivered today (5/11/22) and that trailer that they use to place the shed is AMAZING! It telescopes, moves sideways (with a set of wheels underneath that drop down and lift), and levels. Well, they backed that puppy down the hill and used a remote controller to gingerly place the shed directly in the center of the pad is less than 15 minutes! No wonder Gordo was so low key about the whole thing. He's got patience for us worried customers! The shed is well made and they configured it with the siding, trim, and shingle colors to match our house. We highly recommend the team at Skip's!

I want to share the great customer service and Gazebo I received from Skip’s Outdoor Accents in Agawam. In a time when we have numerous choices as consumers, there is only one place I go for outdoor accent items. My reasons are: Getting a live person who could answer my questions over the phone, quality and selection of items, owner’s availability for questions and input, getting return calls from messages I left, and Professional delivery that included checking the levelness as well as the accuracy of placement. I requested the gazebo be placed just shy of touching the fence posts on both sides, and the delivery person nailed it, as seen by the photos I have included. Scott and the support staff at Skip’s Outdoor Accents are a Pleasure to work with. I look forward to my next purchase from Skip’s Outdoor Accents in Agawam.
