Very disappointing. I sent my friend here to get her skis. She is new to the sport and knows nothing. I called in advance... twice... to make sure they had inventory of the ski I recommended for her. I sent her to go get them... with a picture and link! of EXACTLY which skis she was there to get. Their team member grabbed the wrong skis for her (mind you the color and designs are identical to the ski she wanted). They will not do ANYTHING to take responsibility for their mistake?! She was counting on them to sell her what she showed them. I feel they should have known that there are 2 options in this ski that are very similar and made sure they were selling her what she showed them?! Not even a reduced consignment %?! Offered to sell them for her and take 40%?! I have several more friends that I am helping with their setups and was going to send here... not anymore. Sometimes part of doing business is fixing your mistakes. I really am shocked that there is nothing that can be done to help her? This shop could easily resell these skis.... I guess we'll have to do that but that isn't right at all.

Combo new gear shop, some service options, and consignment. What's there seems like a good selection for the various things I was after. Enough so that I decided to try selling some items that no longer fit thru consignment with them (online system is quite nice for tracking that). I only wish I didn't have to head to 16th St mall area for this setup.

Hello Garrett, unfortunately, we do not stock 200 meter dynamic rope. The longest dynamic rope that we normally have in stock is 90 meters.
It depends on their inventory and what you're selling, but they have a buy out on the spot and consignment option.

There are a few parking spots reserved for Wilderness Exchange customers behind the building (west side).
Wilderness exchange generally carries higher end products. That also applies to their consignment program. The consignment program is good for finding specialty gear if you are new to climbing, alpining, or skiing.
Wilderness Exchange allows dogs, as long as they are on a leash.

- We require every customer to wear a face covering if you wish to shop with us, as per City of Denver and our building guidelines. - Hand sanitizing station will be provided for customers at entrance/exit and in all departments requiring touch and try on of product. - We will conduct daily monitoring of staff temperatures and require anyone with symptoms not to report to work. - Staff will be wearing masks all the time and gloves when appropriate. - We will be practicing a heightened level of cleaning and sanitation measures on all contact surfaces.
