Beautiful store, beautiful selection, pricing?...Aggressive! Recently received quote on new mattress, adjustable base, etc. Asked if they could do any better, was told they weren't allowed! After some shopping around & research, I could beat their pricing by $443/$655 even $800+, of course that includes the $80 delivery (less than 1/2 mile) & set-up fee that others provide free of charge. They do have a "Low price promise ", not sure what that entails?? Would like to buy local, but it comes down to pricing. Not sure with these economic conditions why any business would want to lose a $4000 sale over a few hundred $'s?? Oh well !!

James started out as a great sales rep., then things went down hill from there. He invited my wife and Myself over to the lounge for beer and wine. Honestly, I think he was already smashed. He kept sliding out of the chair onto the floor. His boss had to keep coming over to help us get him back up into chair. They all seemed to fine with it. It must occur quit frequently. No one was upset or concerned with anything that was happening. Oh well, I made the best furniture deal that I have ever made in my life. I give the all the credit to the WINE. Ps: only kidding. Went to Bear's Furniture & Mattress for the very first time today. I have moved to the neighborhood recently and like to shop local when I can. I want to support local business as much as I am able. The staff at the store were very nice and I felt comfortable doing business with them. I had James who was very helpful and answered all questions I asked. The two ladies who were working there were also friendly. The store is very clean and decorated very nice and I am happy to do business with them. Thank you.
