Best day ever!!!! They say it’s suppose to be good luck if it rains on your wedding day!? We had freezing rain, snow and sleet and the staff at the barn At Gibbet made everything run so smoothly! From the moment we walked through the door, we were taken care of! We are still in awe! ❤️

We got married at the Barn during a literal blizzard, and they made it all run smoothly you would have never known. They were so great to work with leading up to the event (shout out to Deirdre!) and made the planning process simple. They were very accommodating given not only the pandemic but also the blizzard that wound up hitting that day, and I still can’t believe they were able to pull off the event and not cancel on us! The venue is beautiful, the food is amazing, and I’m so glad we didn’t get married anywhere else. Also our day of attendant, Susan, was very sweet and helpful!

We had our New England fall wedding at the barn in November 2021. The venue is absolutely gorgeous and truly captures the classic MA fall atmosphere. The signature drinks were amazing. Food was spectacular, especially the steak! We had a hot chocolate station as well that was amazing. All of our gluten free and dairy free guests were accommodated. The customized our meal to meet our allergy and dietary restrictions. We had no issues with food on the day of the wedding. Our event staff and coordinator worked with us over the phone and email up until the week of the event to make sure every detail was perfect. They kept us on schedule and made every transition smooth. The facilities were clean, rented linens were crisp, and the table setting were gorgeous. The outdoor bar on the deck gave us an amazing view of the farm and hills beyond the barn. Highly recommend for any couple looking for a classic New England wedding with amazing food.

The Gibbet Hill Barn wedding in Groton will forever be one of the most joyful, loving, laughing weddings I’ve ever photographed. The Barn at Gibbet Hill is just as beautiful on the inside as it has the outside. The day felt easy flowing and the staff was great to work with. Stefani, the coordinator was remarkable! The staff under her leadership was absolutely fantastic to work with. A great farm wedding spot!

The Barn is for events, so you go in for a consultation to figure out what you'd like served. If you're looking for the regular menu, look for the Gibbet Hill Grill on google
Not sure about pricing or packages but we went to a wedding there and it was awesome! An absolutely beautiful place to have any type of event.
Yes. The interior of the main space is air conditioned and the deck can be enclosed and air conditioned as well. (There is central air out there and are clear walls that can be dropped arpund the perimeter) There are also heating u tis on the deck so it can be used year round.
At the Barn, there are no elevators to the Mezzanine.
The Groton Inn is beautiful and it is right around the corner in Groton center! Beautiful and well appointed!
