Two bad experiences in a row. First (a couple weeks ago) we ordered a Big Mac and a quarter pounder. We received a Big Mac and a Chicken Sandwich. Second, (today), we ordered two Double Cheeseburgers and Fries. This the time the order was right the Cheeseburger were Stone COLD and rubbery.

Went to pick up an order to deliver through DoorDash, employee showed me the tablet was shut off and not receiving orders and would not fulfil the order, stating that it was never sent to the restaurant. Confirmed with DoorDash and customer that the order was sent, DoorDash even stated that the drivers don't receive the order until it is sent to the restaurant and when I told the man at the window the order number he was looking for, he again showed me a tablet that has no power to it and tried to say that he didn't have the order....

Long wait time, food is always sloppy just thrownn together, prices r to high fpr the quality of ppl that work there, they dont care about customers., no pride in their work but food was hot.
