They were very thorough in their explanations, always available for questions/prompt with email replies , and very informative with the whole process. Once things were ordered the install and electric recommendations from Joe were great to work with as well. Kay (our sales person) is extremely knowledgable and guided us through the hot tub buying process. She was always very responsive whenever we emailed or called her. The Islander service dept. was quick to respond when I couldn't figure out an error message I was getting, and sent a service man to help within 2 hours of my request. I highly recommend Islander pools.
