I wasn't sure if they'd have leashes. They did. I felt kinda foolish for doubting that. I bought one. I liked it I didn't love it. My dog hated it but lacks opposable thumbs and is unable to rate it. Plus his expectations were high going into Petco so you can imagine his disappointment leaving with only a leash. Also I meant to get a dog ID tag and forgot so even though that was my fault 4 stars

Came here for a beta fish about a week ago and was surprised at the large selection they had. As an animal lover it was nice to see all tanks for fish/reptiles/birds appeared to be well kept.

Took our 19 year old pit mix dog in to get her nails trimmed. Brought her to Petco and to the two talented ladies doing nails and grooming. My Josie was nervous per usual. However the 2 ladies came over and spent a couple of minutes with Josie. Right away she calmed down considerably. They took her back, picked her up and placed her on the bench to get her nails done. In no more than 10 minutes the 2 ladies were done. My lady will be bringing Josie and the other 2 dogs there whenever they need their nails trimmed. Thank you ladies, I apologize I am terrible with names. Won't forget your faces!

Friendly staff, that welcomes the pets and their families. Very surprised to see such a wide range of pet clothes. LOL. Everything from high glam to every day running around. Along with the expected items I found some other helpful and unique items. They also gave a adoption and training area as well as a grooming department. If you are looking to purchase they house on a small scale birds, fish, ferrets, hamsters etc.
