I’m disappointed in their service. I’ve been a Chelsea resident for many years, and I’ve seen how if you don’t have an inside person you know, you won’t receive much help. During these times where we live with COVID I was hoping they would change that around and help more, but as I went to go receive my vaccination and have the rest of my family tested, I saw many people cut the line, and the only reason for which they did is because they knew the people working there which I find extremely unfair, I understand there is very limited vaccines and tests now, but at least have the decency to be fair with the rest of the Chelsea community. It’s really horrible having to wait in line in the freezing cold just not to receive the help we all deserve to get fairly, because the people who know people from inside feel as if they are allowed to just take advantage of that. And it’s just extremely disappointing seeing that the collaborative does not fix this situation, because I thought this place was supposed to be a help for EVERYONE in Chelsea.

Great little place. Got my vaccine shot there. Super friendly people and very smooth and efficient in their work. Parking can be rough.

Effective, no-frills advocacy and support agency which has been very successful at mobilizing community support and volunteers.Offers legal education, citizenship information, donated winter clothing andemployment help and leadership training for youth. Unbureaucratically seeks to meet the needs of its low-income Central American neighborhood, currently swamped by the influx of children and adults fleeing the gang violence and state neglect largely created by our US drug demands and our short-sighted foreign policy. Deserves support!
