Excellent vets here treated my rooster who is almost 11 years old and had been diagnosed with a parasite. He had not been eating or drinking on his own for a few days so we were VERY concerned. Dr. Watson took the time to research the best approach and was very knowledgeable. She and the nurse both really cared and were not rushing through the appoinent. After having a bad experience at a local avian vet they got us back on track and turned things around for him. So glad we found them!! Beautiful facility reminded us of a human hospital. Absolutely beautiful view from the waiting room. Many dogs and cats seen here not just small exotic pets. Next door the large animal hospital sees horses Alpaca etc. I would give 100 stars if I could THANK YOU!!!

We thank Dr.Manly and her staff for taking care of our Chester. Their professionalism must be acknowledged. Even though we lost our beloved pet this facility stands out from all angles of care for our Fur friends.

Our Jack Russell (Georgia) was injured by another dog and we brought her to Tufts. The level of care and compassion we experienced from everyone, at every moment, was truly impressive. Georgia’s injuries required that she go into the O.R. and stay overnight. We were expecting a large bill but it wasn’t. It was more than fair, especially when you consider the service/care they provided to all of us. Thank you to to the entire team at Tufts. You set the standard in veterinary emergency care. Georgia would also like to give a special “high five” to Shari Beaudry and Dr. Sadowitz. 🐾

My sweet baby Dolce was diagnosed with DCM in February of 2021. Since then we've been freakvent visitors to ER, and seeing Dr. Cunningham on a regular basis. The team of cardiologists in the hospital is amazing. Last time Dolce was submitted to an ICU and spent 4 days there. Thank you, Dr. Rush, Dr. Lopez, Dr. LaMastro and all medical personnel who work here. YOU help us to keep our baby alive and healthy as much as possible with that horrible disease. THANK YOU!

Yes very helpful and caring.
Yes, but you'll need to start with an appt with a general vet before seeing the oncologist.
I believe that is something that would have to be worked out on a case by case basis.
You can call their Wildlife clinic.
I'm sure the exotics Dept can help you out.

180 emergency fee, diagnostics and treatment would be additional for a pet
