Wow! Wow! What an awesome sandwich shop! I had a bagel with flavored cream cheese, so much great, flavorful cream cheese! My husband had a Speedo on a hero bun. Wow again! The sandwich was so thick it was hard to get a bite. The flavor was perfect. Can't wait to try another sandwich.

Great selection service was amazing and food was well worth it! Plus they have boars head products. Bagels were delicious

NEVER AGAIN.. When we lived in Jersey we visited maybe 6 or 8 times, now that we live in PA we stop in more often. The food is very good and reasonably quick service when you're not ignored. Almost EVERY visit we walk away complaining about the service. The owner is hands down one of the most miserable and rude people I have ever met. Her toxic personality infects the rest of the young staff. Communication is all but non-existent and they get 1 in 3 orders wrong. If you suggest your order is incorrect you will be scolded aggressively. They do a phenomenal business and when they get it right you get excellent food. It's really very good. But I will not tolerate and support such a wretched bad tempered sullen owner. Get some therapy if you are so unhappy, your future customers will appreciate it.

So the deli was recommended by Tammy Zaleski of the Zaleski Eye place next door and it was a delight! I went with my grandmother, who, unfortunately, was complaining about waiting (what IS it with older generations and lacking so much patience?) and I apologised on her behalf because the staff was clearly working hard. They were getting kinda busy when we stepped in. So once grandmother was comfortably seated, I ordered our food (a Couture for myself and a Romper for grandmother). Took about 20 minutes, I think, which isn't bad to ME. I was perfectly satisfied. The sandwich was nice and warm and huge. Definitely got a lot of food for the price (though my grandmother was complaining about how expensive it was... and I had to remind her that prices for EVERYTHING have gone up; it's expensive to do much of anything since the pandemic began in 2020). The cafe is pretty hip and comfortable, with some neat art and historical photos on the walls and ceiling overhang. You can even serve yourself coffee. Tables inside and outside and the weather was super nice yesterday. The line formation isn't the greatest but honestly, I couldn't imagine a better set up in such a space anyway, so you make do! Just follow the instructions and listen carefully for your order and you'll be fine. Please don't be an arse to the employees. I will definitely come back (though probably by myself, haha) because their bagels and cream cheeses looked SO good.

Questions & Answers

Bagel itself was really good, but one lady behind the counter was extremely rude and messed up my order ...sign right behind the counter that says if you're unhappy leave or something along those lines and I don't think she got the memo

I am just a customer and had a nice experience. As a bagel fan thought the product was better than most. And the shop was a well run stop for locals and out of town visitors to grab a snack or lunch while shopping or sightseeing. Or bagels to bring home. I don't recall the specific sign you are referring to but did notice humorous sings were part of the decorations. One sign I noticed and remembered said. "Don't grow up It's a trap".
