I have been going in selling and buying since they opened. The last time l was in l had great customer service a good experience. Today l went in after work and was greeted by a nice employee and was excited to look at the new trendy clothes l brought in. I was told it would be about 45 min. While waiting l asked another employee about a sale item. She didn’t have a clue to what l was asking. Instead insulted me in front of the entire store. I explained to her what l had meant and she refuse to listen and acted as thou l was a problem for her inadequacy. I heard another customer talking to her and she misunderstood her too and was rude. When l came back after 45 mins. The person that looked at my clothes was the girl that was rude to me. She did not buy not even 1 of the trendy new items. There was a cute dress in the window l sold last week thou. I gave an hour and half of my time and a wasted drive out to put up with poor service. When I spoke to the manager on that day and only got a sorry, no solutions... I have been in customer service my entire life and love people and want to make their day better. I understand no one is perfect. Somethings you can’t teach thou you either got or you don’t.

I had never been here before but always heard about it. I went in looking for some sweaters to wear for a photoshoot and walked out with a handful of things! Even some super cute boots! Everyone was super friendly. There's an older woman that works there and honestly she was my favorite even if I only chatted for a moment with her. Definitely will return!!
