Unfortunately, this has been a disappointing experience. We picked up a Chrysler Pacifica 2020 minivan (apparently the only one they had) for our 10-day road trip and it smells of smoke. Not just a faint smell either- it is really strong. I called the branch for TEN minutes this morning and no one ever answered. I was put on hold dozens of times without even a greeting. Will take our business elsewhere next time.

Rented for 6 days. Drove it off the lot Thursday afternoon. Used it for 3hrs locally, drove it back to my house next day drove it to grocery store 5 miles Went into the store to shop. When I returned it was dead as a doornail. Called the office,he sent a fella to check car, I was expected to wait in the cold for AAA. When I refused the fella got in his vehicle and left me stranded. Horrible experience. To date no refund on my card either.. also they're not a BBB member.

I went to Enterprise and was referred by McGovern Jeep's body shop. I had an excellent experience with both businesses. Enterprise offered to pick me up. They had my rental vehicle ready for me. The employees and manager were genuinely great. Thank you!

I am a regular customer here at this outlet, at least 5 times a year. With their "we'll pick you up" program, it is much cheaper to rent a car there for a week, while Ubering to and from the airport, to than the pay the heavy taxes and fees on all airport rentals. This particular store is exceptional. I almost never write reviews, but want to do so for them. At various times, unexpected incidents have occurred requiring special assistance, and they have always responded quickly and kindly, while finding a way to minimize any cost to me.
