I have been coming to Randa at Smart Shape Body for several non-invasive procedures. She is so kind and very professional. The staff is also super kind and are always helpful. I really like the fact that they have been very transparent and let me know that one of the procedures wouldn’t necessarily work for me and recommend a different procedure. The atmosphere is always nice and very clean. Background music is relaxing. Each procedure has always been explained very well and I know what results I should expect. Smart Shape body is a Secret Beauty Lounge and just AMAZING! When you walk into the door where elegance surrounds you. The vibe is perfect, it’s not stuffy at all unlike other Cosmetic Surgery Centre’s. The staff is so professional and friendly they make you feel at home. I have had a wonderful experience from the very start of planning my procedure with the office staff to the very end, at 1mo post op now.
