Our company has been using them for a couple of years now and I keep asking myself why we continue to do business with them. The driver complains that someone is parked in front of the dumpster - when we have cameras and know that they are not. Then they show up without the key so they can't empty it. Call the office and the first words out of the customer service reps mouth are "we can't empty if it someone is parked in front of it", not hi how are you, how can I help you? just straight into the accusations. Could not believe my ears, ask to speak to a supervisor and when I do we are told WE are rude? Huh? Rude for wanting a company to do what you pay them for. Appears to me they have drivers who don't wish to work - a little investigation when they are told these things would go a long way. Good luck to you if you use these guys - we are definitely working on finding another hauler.

They pickup trash just fine. The recycling pickup (they say) is a free service and is supposed to happen a mere twice a month. Somehow almost every month they figure out a way to pick it up only once. They just left a message saying that there is a storm tomorrow so they won't be picking up the recycling for another 2 weeks. Really? Two weeks? Not ONE week but two? Lazy company.
