The workout was awesome, I really liked the way we are connected to a system that monitors the parameters associated with our health. I literally amazed to see my exact calorie burns after the total workout. This is good as I can push me beyond that in the next workout and will be able to track my progress very easily. However, I believe we can extend the time for workouts on different muscles and decrease the cardio if it is fixed for 60 minutes.

An all-around great work-out experience…good rotation and quality of exercises to fit all needs. Great music, coaches, atmosphere, cleanliness, attention to individuals. Effective at making healthy living a habit vs a one time event.

Every time I walk into the Orange lit studio I know I’m in for the best workout I’m going to get that day. The staff both at the desk and in the studio bring it every day and are the most welcoming and motivating fitness employees I’ve ever met. They truly have the best interest of all members in mind and treat everyone like family.

I have been going to Orange Theory for a little over two years. I have participated in several benchmark challenges, one transformation challenge, two Dri Tri challenges, and too many workouts to count. The coaches are friendly, supportive, professional and knowledgeable. The workouts are challenging but not impossible. If you are thinking about stopping by for a free class, DO IT. You will be going three or four times a week, sharing your splat points on social media, and wearing Orange Theory gear before you know it.
