Appreciate the service I received from Saratoga Spa's. Samuel was my service tech. The top side control had locked up and he provided the replacement. Additionally we did a thorough review of the tub and identified additional repairs. Samuel was on time, fixed the immediate issue, and provided expert advice to protect my investment. Would request his service in the future.

Our hot tub was having a technical issue and Samuel the service technician fixed the issue quickly and professionally. He did a great job explaining everything to us in terms we could understand and tried to help us with some tips to prevent future issues. He really knows his stuff for this!

Bought the Canfield model 3 months ago and it has been great. Recently got an overheat error message on the display panel and called for service. The next business day Sam the tech was at my house and found a loose plug on the control panel. Five minute fix start to finish! Sam was great and we are now back to enjoying our spa.

I just had Samuel over to diagnose my spa panel difficulties with my new hot tub and am happy to share that I was extremely pleased with his professionalism and excellent service. In addition to my electrical issues he was happy to give me an excellent orientation on not only tips for problem free enjoyment of my spa but also a very helpful guide to proper chemical maintenance and proper use of the jet controls. Although I was unhappy with the lack of thorough orientation on my new spa that's just two weeks old, Samual made all that up to me by his knowledgeable and well explained instructions and guidance.
