I love coming here. I am extremely picky with my doctors because they tend to ignore me or overlooked my problems or just focus on one thing instead of the three things that are wrong with me. I go here and I see my doctor here and she actually takes the time to listen to my concerns what I know is wrong with me what I think is wrong and if I'm unsure I described how I'm feeling and everything and she takes me seriously. She doesn't overlooked anything she detailed and is making sure I give her the correct details and everything. I mean I would rather go here then anywhere else and that's saying a lot because right now I don't live near there I live almost an hour away and I would still drive all the way down just for this place and for that doctor. I'm very glad and grateful to have an amazing doctor in this office and I am very glad that the staff here work harder than usual and harder than most doctors office to make sure people are happy and satisfied. Was told to arrive at 7am for my appointment and that was the time I was told on MyChart, multiple emails, and voicemail. I arrive right at 7 doors are locked. Wait 20 more minutes and still nothing. Looked on their website and it says they don't even open till 8. Waste of a morning.

staff and administration always in a bad mood. i’m a young 25 year old who deals with bad situation is very well but they screw up appointments. I showed up for a an appointment and they admitted to making a mistake and moved my appointment without me knowing so when I showed up for my appointment they told me I couldn’t be seen. I told them that this was an important appointment for refill on medication I needed bad and both the administration and head nurse came and told be to basically screw off and come back another time because they messed up and said “their system wouldn’t allow it. terrible service for a family doctors. never been back. my doctor there wouldn’t even talk to me on the phone at a later time

Ever since Olin left this place is a joke. You can never make an appointment they keep. They barely answer their phones to provide any type of service. I've tried 3 days In a row to reschedule an appointment they canceled and no one answers. Time to go somewhere else!
