We went there in May of this year filled out application, had credit checks done because there was one supposed to be coming available soon for us. Here it is August and we still haven’t gotten in and she just keeps telling us there is nothing available. I called the number that they have online saying that there are some available and the lady I talked to told me that they put that online to get people to come in and pay for the applications and credit checks. False advertising at its finest. Stop taking peoples money if you know there is nothing available!

This place is a joke, my stay there was terrible they are overpriced and ran by a slum lord, imagining going all winter with no heat, and half of the summer with no air, Let me start from the beginning I started my application process in August of 2021 that when I found what I thought was a nice family community . So I put down the $400 dollar holding fee which they add your name to a list, of other applicants that are also waiting. When I put money down Jessica the park manager said a few places would be coming available, my move in date was set for September 30 and more money was paid to this holding fee. Every week Jessica would, call to let me know that nothing was empty but yet they are still taking money from hardworking families in need of a place to stay..When I loaded my Uhaul and me and my family moved to Tampa, Jessica calls with more bad news, so. after almost months of living in hotels, something is finally available. The day of move in Jessica called to let me know one of the bathrooms caught fire 🔥, and that was another set back. Me and my family offered to help with the cleanup, because at that point we had no where to go. So Jessica promised us a few weeks rent for doing our own renovations. Now we are being forced out of our home. We had no notice of any kind of disturbance, or violation, 14 days to move and I asked Jessica what’s the reason and she couldn’t give me one. This place is definitely a scam and they prey on people with not to good credit and is desperate for a place to stay.

Really needed a place to stay and i am not sure who i spoke but they were not helpful at all.... After today after what i experienced. I would not recommend this place to any one else seeing as they are not willing to go the extra mile to help those in need.

Honestly a pretty decent place. Our trailer is very spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, our rent is affordable and the community is always full of kids playing; we've never had a problem with a neighbor. Nice affordable family park. My wife and I have enjoyed living here. Bianca is easy to work with. Just follow the community rules and you'll never have a problem.
