We had an awesome experience with Ground Source right from the start. They reached out to us right away after request and had a landscape architect here within a few days. His design was exactly what we were looking for and he filled in the MANY gaps in our plant knowledge. The quote was very reasonable and we signed the contract right away. The installers were at the house within 2-3 weeks which was excellent timing. They spent one day ripping out old grass, plants, trees, river rock, and concrete edging. The next day was spent installing new sod, plants, trees, flowers, and mulch. What a difference! We couldn't be happier. They had excellent follow-up after to make sure the job was done right and visited our house more than once to fix some minor issues and do some walk-throughs to ensure high quality. I can't recommend them enough! See below for some before pics, during, and after! We installed some basic landscape lighting after they were finished to top it all off!

Last year, we had our backyard landscaped and irrigation was put in. We were having an issue with our water bill dramatically increasing with no clear explanation. We called Ground Source, spoke to JASMIN, and she sent out a rep, FRANK, to work with us. JASMIN and FRANK were both phenomenal in their professionalism and responsiveness to our particular issue. Particularly, JASMIN provide clear explanation of how our warranty worked and given the severity of our concern (potential leak), she made sure a rep was sent out the same day. When FRANK arrived, it was close to sunset, so I'm sure we were his last call of the day. FRANK was extremely patient, he wanted to know our story and concern, and he spend time educating us and explaining what his process was going to be. FRANK was able to pinpoint the leak and fixed it immediately. The best part about it was FRANK did this with a smile and even shared a few laughs with us. I would love to nominate FRANK for an "EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH" award and any compensation/recognition that comes along with that honor. Ground Source sincerely cares about their customers from the time that greet you on the phone, through the service, all the way through the final goodbye. Ground source did an excellent job with laying down our sod and irrigation system. We had an issue with our front sod that was not very healthy. I spoke with Joe regarding our concerns and he came immediately to check the sod. He has the sod replaced asap. Very professional and accountable company. The employees that came to lay the sod and irrigation were very competent, friendly, and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you!
