This place is one of the friendliest places I've ever visited. A family member lives here and loves it. I came to visit over the years and have enjoyed many rounds of golf here. The course is beautifully maintained with a quaint clubhouse for the 19th hole. It's hard to find an economical place in Florida to live but High Point fits the bill. My wife and I loved it so much, we bought a place here and snowbird from Ohio.

I was visiting a friend and she suggested that my two daughters and I go to the pool. She had us follow her in her golf cart(so fun to drive 😀) and once she showed her guest pool pass we were good for the day. The pool monitors were there to ensure safety and that residents and guests were signed in. There are rules, but nothing too strict or out of the ordinary. Everyone was very friendly. Lots of smiles and hellos. There were a few other children there as well and everyone did their own thing with respect to others. My girls had a great time.

Unfortunately the CAM who was hired resigned for health reasons. The BOD is actively seeking to fill this position ASAP.

Yes, normally 85 degrees. Right now our geo-thermal system is down, waiting for a part to come in. That should be rectified quite soon, but the temp may be a bit lower with the rains we've had.
You can post 3 x 5 cards in the office, or on the bulletin board in the breezeway going into the pool. Come into the office so we can date stamp the card for you.
We have no restrictions on breed or size. The only restriction is to number of pets allowed per household (2) and that all pets are required to be on leash when not in the confines of the home. I have a rescue female pittie myself.

We were making appts all day for people to get shots Friday. If you call first thing in the morning there are still a few slots open. It’s always better to call or come to the office if you have a question and want accurate information.

They range quit a bit mine was big and 155 thousand. the fees are like 38 dollars a month and they give you a little book to pay every 3 months
