They lied to me. I saw 20 month IRA CD listed on their website. They refused to give it to me at this location. After i got back home I took screen shot of their website page, then i sent them email, then they changed the website page and sent me back screen shot of changed page implying it was never otherwise. They were not honest about their mistake.

Easy for me to go from 9-5. Tellers nice. I'd rather use a credit union than a corporate bank.

Customer service is terrible and that's if they ever pick up the phone for you. Their website is so outdated and complicated. Logging in to see your balance should not be that much of a hassle. I've been locked out of my account and it's been frozen for 2 weeks now and no one has called me back to help me with this! When you work a 8-5 job you can never get there in person. Switching banks asap!

Technologically very outdated. Charge you $5 fees every once in a while for no reason. Customer service is lazy and unprofessional. Please go to a different branch, they gave me good service when I called the Roosevelt location to have my car loan papers sent.
