The staff is very helpful and friendly. The facility is clean and modern but some of the patrons can get a little aggressive. So it's wise to keep your hands inside the ride at all times.

Things have improved. Someone must have had a talk with rude staff, they are much better now. Still dated. Kids memberships are ridiculous for under 14. There is literally nothing for them to do and no child care. Kids can swim if you pay the high cost but the play lane is never open, often classes or older memeber are using it so good luck there. Everything else that should be for kids they have rules preventing kids from using with or without a parent. Need a family membership price instead of kid memberships or need more for kids. Still smells like mildew and mold. Hot tub still not a hot tub, just a warm children's pool.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff and owners. I don't even bring my earbuds because they play good workout music. Clean, safe, laid back. They've shepherded me through every goal. Great equipment, sauna, tanning room, pool. My only tiny complaint is that there are so many young people using the equipment incorrectly, that i wish there was some sort of supervisor to guide them as well, but that's not a Vermont Sun thing, just a universal "wish you knew what you were doing" thing. A very good joint.

Social distancing going on with people. Lots of choices as to what you'd like to do or work on machine wise & wonderful pool also. Nice big locker rooms that are very clean.
