Very nice people. Unlike most banks they answer the phone. However their online banking doesn't work properly. When I called for help they told me that since they are a small bank, their system doesn't work properly. I now bank mostly with a different bank that does have a fully-functioning system.

This says that this location opens at 8am, yet nobody is answering the phone. Does the time need to be corrected?

Hi Leslie, We do open at 8am at the Seymour Street branch, but sometimes if the tellers are serving customers, they are not able to answer the branch phone. It is best to call Customer Support at 388-4982 for phone assistance. I hope this helps!
